Individual creator results depend entirely on personal performance, market conditions, broadcast frequency, viewer engagement, and platform algorithm dynamics.

5. Intellectual Property & Limited License. All curriculum structures, framework titles, modules, scorecards, and proprietary strategies contained herein remain the exclusive Intellectual Property (IP) of StreamHouse Global. Access to the Program grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for individual use only. Redistribution, public sharing, re-selling, or unauthorized white-labeling of these materials without explicit written authorization is strictly prohibited.

6. No Affiliation with TikTok. TikTokLiveAcademy.com is an independent educational and talent mentorship provider operated by StreamHouse Global LLC. TikTokLiveAcademy.com is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC, ByteDance Ltd., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. The official TikTok website can be found at tiktok.com. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners.

7. User Conduct. You agree not to misuse the Program, attempt to gain unauthorized access using another person's enrollment code, or interfere with the Program's operation.

8. Termination. StreamHouse Global reserves the right to suspend or revoke access for violation of these Terms, misuse of an access code, or fraudulent enrollment.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability. The Program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreamHouse Global is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Program.

10. Changes to Terms. These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Information We Collect. When you enroll, we collect your name, email address, and the access code you use. If you submit feedback or a Level Debrief, we collect what you write and, optionally, your name and email. Basic technical information (such as IP address) is used briefly for security purposes like rate-limiting repeated access attempts.

How We Use Information. We use this information to grant and manage your access to the Program, communicate with you about your enrollment, respond to feedback, and track your completion progress.

Third-Party Services. We use Netlify for hosting and form processing, and Google Sheets/Google Cloud for enrollment code validation and storage. When payment is involved, Stripe processes that transaction — StreamHouse does not store your payment card details. Each provider has its own privacy practices governing data they process on our behalf.

Data Storage & Security. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Cookies & Local Storage. This portal does not use tracking cookies. Your progress within a session is held in your browser's memory only and is not persisted after you close the page unless it has been submitted (such as a Level Debrief).

Your Rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting your StreamHouse mentor or agency contact.

Children's Privacy. The Program is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
